The school aims:
Our vision is:
Jesus said: I have come that they might have life in all its fullness [John 10:10]
We seek to encourage the children of Cockernhoe School to develop well in every way- spiritual, physical, intellectual, emotional, moral and social. And our vision for their education is set within a wider framework which is permeated by four basic elements:
Wisdom
Hope
Community
Dignity
These four values will rotate through the year, so Wisdom is September to Christmas, Hope will be January to Easter and Community will be the Summer term. Dignity will then be September 2020 and then the cycle will begin again in Spring 2021.
The School values:
Throughout the year, the School has a monthly value taken from Value in Schools.
Here are this year's values:

Every month, the children learn about the importance of each value through lessons, assemblies and times of reflection. They learn about how these values can benefit their lives and the lives those around them.
